Terrible! Arrived dead!

I ordered 100 of these. The order shipped quickly and arrived in just a matter of days. Sadly I was very disappointed as the box was filled with little slivers of nothingness and most of the "plants" were brown and dead/dying. To charge over $100 for this is just robbery! Do yourself a favor & go to Home Depot!

On the packing slip is a note to contact us immediately if the plants do not arrive in perfect shape. We cannot control the weather and UPS (especially during Covid), once in a great while the plants get baked in a delivery vehicle in hot weather and arrive in less than perfect shape. Contact us and we will be happy to replace them or refund your money. As you can see from the other reviews they normally arrive in perfect shape.
