The pride you take in your business is quite obvious. From navigating your website and placing my order, all the way to the delivery at my door, I've been thoroughly impressed with the outstanding customer service you've displayed.
Never having ordered plants by mail, I was a little apprehensive. I wasn't sure how small plants would survive the shipping and handling. During the ordering process, I even attached a question about the delivery, and my concern was promptly addressed by Catherine. (Something that rarely happens with businesses these days
unfortunately) Yet when they arrived, the packaging was PERFECT, and the plants were in better condition than many I've seen that sit on the racks in nurseries.
I appreciate your professionalism and the care you take with your customers. I fully intend to do business with you in the future, and have already recommended you to others.
