Bare root periwinkle was very very healthy. I bought 500. Didn't know if should remove rubber bands so called customer service on labor day. Within an hour, a very nice rep called me back. Very helpful (and you can keep rubber bands on bc they quickly disintegrate). I ordered another 100 plants. Love this company.
