I ordered the dwarf mondo grass to plant around a very large willow oak tree. This grass will mostly be in the shade but will also be receiving a lot of good morning sun. It will have to tolerate the occasional dogs and foot traffic but I have found that most people are hesitant to walk through it because it just looks so good they don't want to mess it up. (I have another large willow oak which has been planted like this and the mondo has slowly formed a beautiful thick mat.)The 48 pots of the mondo arrived nicely packed and very healthy. I got them into the ground immediately and they all are seeming to thrive. I was so pleased with this first order to Classy Groundcovers that I reordered another 48 pots the same day as the first were planted. It's nice to get a great plant from a vendor who delivers on both good service and product.
