Shipping problem

Classy Groundcovers has been in contact with me since I received the initial shipment that had problems. They are replacing the plants and making good on their products. Can’t ask for more than that. The new plants haven’t arrived yet but I am impressed with their customer service
05/23/2018 Update The plants arrived on the date specified but in poor condition. 5 were broken or smashed. I called and was given credit for the 5 plants but the remaining ones were planted right away and are struggling. I’m hopeful that they will rebound.

You only told us of a problem with 5 and we gave you a refund for those. What exactly is wrong with the others? What do you mean by "struggling"? You have only had the plants for 4 days, they take time to shows signs of recovery after replanting.
